Changelogs: Pictures

We have redesigned the changelog to include and manage pictures as part of its records. The changelog will now include pictures directly, allowing users to access and download them.

• Any changelog event that involves adding pictures will display the pictures in the changelog with a description: “Pictures added {details}”.
• Any changelog event involving the removal of pictures will include the details of the removed pictures with a description: “Pictures removed {details}”.

Users may add the pictures from these pages:

1. Driver App: Pre and Post Installation, Reschedule, Damage Allowance, Home Visit, and Manual Stop.
2. Order Page: Delivered Item and Completed Home Visit. Both pages can include pre and post installation images.

Driver App: Incomplete Deliveries

We have enhanced a feature on Delivery Settings > Delivery Rules. We have added a new toggle in the Delivery Settings (Delivery Rules) to enable or disable alerts for drivers with more than one active route.

When the toggle is ON, if a driver attempts to start a new route while having another active route, they will receive an alert. Drivers will be prevented from accessing the Driver App if they have more than one open delivery route simultaneously.

Scan Out Page Mobile

We have redesigned the scan out page for mobile, the serial column has been expanded to show the full serial number.
