The “Installs Report” has been redesigned and renamed to “Fulfillment Report” for better clarity and usability.
New columns added:
Displays the type of fulfillment, which can be one of the following: Local Delivery & Install, Local Delivery Only, Haul Away.
Displays delivery options that has been registered by the user.
Shows the quantity of items for haul-away service.
For each row in the report, the specific service sold (Install, Delivery, Haul Away) will be listed. If a particular column is not applicable, the data will be displayed as “-”. We have added filters (Fulfillment Type, Delivery Type/Install Name, and Source) to allow users to view the report based on the available options inside the filters.

We have added a toggle to allow users to set the pick-up location and method which will affect the display stock levels on the website.
When the toggle is enabled:
Note: Previously, the pick-up method was not linked to any location.

We have improved the control of restocking fees based on two options: All Returns & Delivered Only.
We have added a title at the top of the Protection Plan Report to display the “Avg. Protection Plan Attachment Rate.”
Filtering
We have added the new “Reschedules” feature which is designed to streamline the handling of rescheduled orders on Management Tools. There are two tabs in the Reschedule:

The permissions for this feature are only available for: Super Admin, Buyer, delivery manager, office employee, Warehouse/Delivery team, Store Manager.
We want to introduce a new status specifically for rescheduled orders with a unique icon. The new icon will be displayed for items that are in an “active” reschedule status. The reschedule icon will trigger a pop-up with controls identical to those for reserved/open status, allowing users to reschedule the delivery.
Note: If the rescheduled items’ processes are done, the icons will not be shown.
We have added a new tab for tracking reschedules in both the “My Orders” and “Orders Report” sections. This new tab is positioned after the “Pending” tab on both pages. The tab will utilize the same layout as the “Open Reschedules” tab from the Reschedules Management Tool, excluding the inventory-related section.
