Sales Tax Filter: Credit Lines

We have added some updates to adjust the functionality of the sales tax filter and improve data visibility with accuracy in the new columns and settings.

1.) Toggle Adjustments

Removed Toggle: The “Paid in Full & Delivered Only” toggle has been removed from the accrual basis tab. On the cash basis tab, the toggle has been replaced with new toggle.

New Toggle: A new toggle named “Show Only Credit Lines Paid in Full” has been added to the cash basis tab. The default state would be OFF.

When the toggle is ON, only credit line orders fully paid with real money during the selected date period are shown and all unpaid credit lines are hidden. Also, non-credit line orders are still included to appear.

2.) New Columns on the Accrual Basis Tab and the Cash Basis Tab

• Paid Date: Displays the paid date for each order. For normal orders, the Paid Date is the same as the Order Date. For credit lines, this column will be blank unless the new filter is OFF.
• ZIP Code
• Country, City, and State

Company Settings Update

We have enhanced some updates for the company settings.

1. Custom Models

We have added a new toggle in company settings to activate/deactivate custom models on quotes. This setting allows the admin to control whether the custom model feature is available on quotes. Custom models refer to model not registered anywhere. This toggle is related to the button available in quotes.

2. “How You Found Us”

We also added a new toggle in company settings to ON/OFF the “How You Found Us” with wording “Required ‘How did you hear about {company}?’”.

The “How You Found Us” appears when users click Start a Quote with New Customer and Create Customer on Customer Page.

Note: If the toggle is ON, the question would be required to choose.
