We have implemented a new setting on our delivery settings called “Delivery Schedule - Tear Out” designed specifically for clients on the Basic Plan who do not use the full Routing or Delivery OS features.
Users can now set up their delivery schedules without the complexity of the full Delivery OS through Delivery Schedule Settings. Users can specify which days deliveries are active and define the number of delivery slots available each day. Delivery method name would be default to “Delivery” for simplicity and clarity in scheduling on Orders. The basic delivery options meet minimum requirement.
It provides a simple abbreviation for use in scheduling and reports.
The detailed configurations available in the full Delivery OS are hidden. Home-visit features are disabled to maintain the simplicity of the basic plan. Delivery method filters will be hidden throughout the platform to avoid confusion with unavailable features.
The “Scan Out” feature on the deliveries page will bypass the “trucks concept”, showing all items scheduled for delivery without needing to assign them to specific trucks.
The “new schedule tear feature” is always used for Quotes/Orders, ensuring all deliveries follow the basic setup. Access to the routing page is disabled from the deliveries page to keep the system straightforward and user-friendly.
We are excited to announce a new integration feature with Centricity’s EPIC, expanding our range of protection plan options. This integration mirrors our existing setups with CPS and Mulberry, enhancing our offerings with EPIC’s warranty services.
We have successfully integrated with EPIC’s API for protection plans. EPIC has provided the necessary credentials to facilitate this integration. This new integration allows our platform to offer EPIC warranty options directly to customers.
