We have added a new enhancement to the order history section on the customer details page. A new section called ‘Lifetime Value’ has been added to the Order History on the Customer Page. This section is designed to display the cumulative total of all order amounts from a specific customer, giving a clear and concise view of the customer’s total spending.
We are excited to announce an improvement to the Protection Plan report. This improvement enables more precise searches within the report, focusing on plan types or specific SKUs. The search bar now allows users to search by either SKU or the type of protection plan. This targeted search capability makes it easier for users to quickly locate specific plans or categories within the report.
We have added a new feature in the Old Models management which will not be displayed on the website. Old Models from custom brands are now permanently set to be always ON for POS and always OFF for website. Users can add old models to inventory either through the ‘PO FIFO’ page (register model) or by using the ‘Single Item Inventory’ feature specifically designed for these instances.
When old models are registered, they will be labeled as ‘Old Model’ on both quote and order pages, clearly distinguishing them from regular inventory items. Old models are treated like normal products for the purposes of reserving and delivery.
When creating a quote and adding line items, the search results will now display ‘Old Model results’, making these items available for inclusion in sales documents. These units can be reserved and delivered just like standard inventory items, enhancing flexibility in handling discontinued models.
We are pleased to introduce a new sorting feature for digital tags, designed to enhance the management and visibility of inventory statuses. Offline tags will now be sorted to appear at the top of the list.
Items without a tag number will be displayed immediately above offline items. Any tags with other types of failure statuses will be sorted below the offline tags. Online tags, or those that are functioning correctly, will be listed at the bottom.
