Price Tag - Website (Non-new Condition)

We have launched a new feature that enhances the digital price tag functionality for items in non-new condition. When customers scan the QR barcode via the digital price tag, they will be directed to a cart page. For the non-new condition item, users can only self-checkout using the QR barcode.

Users have the option to fill in the serial number for digital price tags associated with serialized products. Items with serial numbers are eligible to be checked out by customers directly from the digital price tag interface. In contrast, items without serial numbers will not have the checkout option available, preventing unauthorized and unintended purchases.

Home Bar: Routing

We have updated our platform’s navigation structure with the introduction of a dedicated Routing page on the Home Bar. Routing has been moved to its own page, separate from the Deliveries page. This change allows for a more focused and efficient user experience when managing routes.

A new icon specifically for the Routing page has been added to the Home Bar which is positioned below the Deliveries page. Access to the Routing page will continue to use the same permission rules as before. Also, the shortcut to the Routing has been removed from the Deliveries page to avoid redundancy.

Pricing Changelog

We have added a new feature to provide a clear and continuous flow of all pricing adjustments in one centralized location within our platform: the Pricing Changelog.

The Pricing Changelog has been added directly to the Product Pricing settings, making it easily accessible for users who need to review historical pricing data. The changelog captures and displays comprehensive details of each pricing adjustment, including:

  1. Brand
  2. Model
  3. Price Changes
  4. Price Rule Changes
  5. Price Type Changes
  6. Reset Manually Item Products

Each entry in the change log includes necessary details to understand the context and rationale behind pricing adjustments.

Product Page Link (Sales by Product/Floor Model Planner)

We have enhanced our “Sales by Product” and “Floor Model Planner” reports. A new ‘Link to Product’ button has been added to both reports. This button facilitates direct access to the product page, eliminating the need to use the main search bar for product details.

By incorporating direct links into the reports, users can now access product pages with a single click, making the navigation process more more intuitive and less time-consuming. The model # is now clickable and will open the product page in a separate tab.

Floor Model Planner: New Columns

We have added new analytical columns to the Floor Model Planner report, designed to enhance inventory management by offering detailed insights into product turnover and stock sustainability.

  1. Monthly Usage
  2. This column calculates the quantity sold per month, offering insights based on the sales history filter for the previous 90, 120, and 360 days.
  3. Note: The calculation depends on the chosen sales history filter, providing flexibility in data analysis and reporting.
  4. Current Supply
  5. Positioned to the right of the “Quantity Delivered” column, this new column represents the ratio of current available stock to monthly usage. It calculates how many months the current stock will last, given the average monthly sales.
