Customer Profile: Home Visit History

We are pleased to announce a new enhancement to the Customer Profile page with the addition of the Home Visit History section. This feature provides a comprehensive overview of all home visits related to a customer, helping to improve the tracking and management of customer interactions.

A dedicated section has been added to the Customer Profile page called "Home Visit History." This section records and displays all home visits associated with a customer's orders, offering easy access to important service details.

Columns in Home Visit History:

  1. Order #
  2. Home Visit Type
  3. Completion Date
  4. Model
  5. Serial
  6. Service Description
  7. View Full Details Button

Cash Basis - Credit Line Liability (Income Statement)

We're excited to introduce a new enhancement to the Cash Basis reporting system: the "Show Only Credit Lines Paid in Full" toggle. This feature allows for more accurate financial reporting by focusing on credit line transactions that have been fully settled.

A new toggle named "Show Only Credit Lines Paid in Full" has been added to the cash basis tab. The default state would be OFF. All credit line orders are shown when the toggle is OFF.

When ON, only credit line orders fully paid with real money during the selected date period are shown. All unpaid credit lines are hidden. Non-credit line orders are still included.

A tooltip that reads, "This filter changes Credit line orders to show by the 'Paid in Full' date," providing users with a quick explanation of how the toggle affects the report.

Edit Billing Information: Existing Customer Switch

A new feature has been introduced to streamline the process of correcting billing information when a quote or order is mistakenly created for the wrong customer or company.

Users can now edit the billing information of an existing quote or order and switch it to a different existing customer or company without needing to cancel and rewrite the order.

This feature is accessible directly from the billing info edit screen, allowing for a seamless transition between customers or companies.

Route Option: Emergency Reschedule

The "Route Options" menu has been enhanced with a new feature that allows users greater flexibility when rescheduling routes.

Users can now choose between rescheduling for individual trucks or all routes when performing an emergency reschedule. This update provides more control and precision during the rescheduling process, ensuring that changes can be applied as needed across specific routes or the entire fleet.

Return "Quality of Life" Changes

The return process has been streamlined with new quality of life improvements, making it easier and more intuitive for users to manage returns.

1. "Select All" Button:

A new "Select All" button has been added. When clicked, this button will automatically select all line items, fulfillments, haul away, and protection plan items for a full return.

2. "Unschedule All" Button:

This button will now appear if any line item has already been scheduled for delivery. Users can click "Unschedule All" without needing to select individual items, effectively unscheduling all scheduled items. For partial returns (specific items), users need to select the item first, after which the button will change to "Unschedule."

3. Scheduled Items Restriction:

Items that have been scheduled for delivery cannot be selected for return. A new infomark warning has been added for these items with the message: "This item cannot be returned until it has been removed from the delivery schedule."

"Write Off" Payment Method

A new "Write-Off" payment method has been introduced to better manage and track specific types of payments within quotes and orders.

1. Payment Method Settings:

Name: Write-Off

It is positioned under "Manual Payment" in the payment method settings.

2. Payment Method in Quote & Order:

Name: Write-Off

It appears under "Manual Payment" in the payment options for both quotes and orders.

3. Additional Enhancement:

A new filter has been added to the Payment Breakdown Report specifically for the "Write-Off" payment method, enabling more detailed reporting and tracking.
