Account Receivables Just Got Smarter!

📧 New Feature: Send Invoice/Statements with Ease

Managing outstanding balances is now a breeze! With this update, you can email detailed statements of unpaid balances directly to your customers. Here's what's new:

🆕 What’s New?

1. Selectable Rows: Each row in the report now has a checkbox for selection. Pick the orders you want to include in the statement.

2. "Email Statement" Button: Found in the top left corner, this button starts disabled with a hover message: “Please Select A Row.” It becomes enabled when rows for a single customer are selected.

3. Pop-Up Summary: Clicking the "Email Statement" button inside Account Receivables brings up a detailed pop-up showing:

    - Customer Name

  • Customer Name
  • Billing Email
  • Order Details: Each selected order and its outstanding balance.
  • Total Statement Balance: A summary of all balances in the statement.

Notification Icon

A helpful reminder: “This Email Statement will include a current PDF copy of all orders selected.”

  1. If the From Salesperson toggle is off, the sender would be set automatically based on what's written in the box. For the pop-up, the tiles will appear as shown above.
  2. When the salesperson toggle is on, it will be sent from the salesperson name. Also, in the pop-up, it will add a salesperson tile, allowing the order details to be categorized by salesperson.

Column Totals: Totals for each column are now displayed at the bottom for quick and clear summaries.

Send with Confidence: A shiny "Send Email Statement" button at the bottom right of the pop-up lets you finalize and send the statement instantly.
