Welcome to the latest updates for Appliance.io! We’ve been working hard to implement some exciting new features and fixes to make your experience smoother, more efficient, and just all-around better. Let’s dive in! 🔍👇
No more surprises—get instant ETA updates straight to your inbox! Sales team members will now receive an automatic notification anytime the inventory manager updates an Estimated Arrival Time (ETA) on an order.
The email subject will read, “An ETA has been updated on Order [Order #],” making it easy to identify right away. In the body, the message will include a direct link to the order and a list of items with updated ETAs.
Stay in the loop with real-time order changes, so you’re always up to date on arrivals!
See sales like never before with a fully redesigned widget, now with Written Sales (Cash) and Delivered Sales (Accrual) views!
What's New?
The widget now includes two distinct sales views:
We’ve enhanced the date selector to allow for more flexible comparisons across days, months, years, and even custom date ranges.
The default view now compares the current month with the same month last year, so you get a quick snapshot of year-over-year performance.
Why It’s Awesome:
We've redesigned the chat box to make giving feedback a breeze! Look for the new “Improve Together!” tab in the sidebar, please ONLY use the side tab. Whether you have a feature idea, a bug to report, or just some thoughts on improvements, everything’s organized in one easy place.
No more back-and-forth! Now, you’ll provide all necessary details upfront for every submission. Here’s what’s new:
We want to know what makes your request important! Giving us the "why" helps us understand the impact of your idea or issue right away.
Choose Your Category: Just pick the right category—Delivery, Inventory, Notifications, or one of our other options—so your feedback gets to the right team.
Keep things clear and organized! Every feature idea or bug issue should have its own conversation. But if you think of something else about the same topic, you can jump back in and add more info to that thread.
Help us help you faster! When reporting bugs, you can now attach up to 3 pictures or a 3-minute video to explain the issue. Walk us through it verbally if possible—it’s super helpful and can speed up the fix.
We’re working on a full-screen video recording feature that will allow you to record more comprehensive videos, even when switching pages. It’s still in development, but stay tuned—it’s going to make reporting issues even smoother!
