Welcome to the latest updates for Appliance.io! We’ve been working hard to implement some exciting new features and fixes to make your experience smoother, more efficient, and just all-around better. Let’s dive in! 🔍👇
🛍️ Purchase Orders: Filters and Search Bar for Easier Navigation
Managing purchase orders is now faster and more efficient. We’ve added new filters and a search bar to help you find orders in seconds:
- New Filters: Search by Job Name, Customer Name, and Order Number.
- Search Bar: Quickly find what you need by searching directly by job or customer name.
Say goodbye to manual searches—navigate your data with ease and accuracy!
🏪 Store Manager Inventory Enhancements
Now Even Smarter! We’ve upgraded inventory management for store managers to streamline operations and keep things running smoothly.
🚀 Reserve for Display Control
- Store managers can add units but cannot deactivate the "Reserve for Display" feature or delete units.
- Improved Display Management: When "Reserve for Display" is activated, unit costs are shown but not editable.
💸 Cost Management Made Simple
- Managers can’t edit existing unit costs.
- Adding new units without a cost triggers an alert to admins and inventory managers to prevent missing data.
✍️ Request Edits with Accountability
- No direct edits allowed—managers can now submit edit requests with a reason.
- Requests trigger internal notifications to ensure visibility and collaboration.
📩 Store Inventory Alert Notifications
- New Alerts notify Super Admins and Buyers of critical inventory changes, such as missing costs or edit requests.
These updates are designed to make inventory management easier, more organized, and transparent—keeping your operations on point! 🎯
📦 Custom Model Number Registration Just Got Easier
Good news! You can now register custom model numbers directly from the Inventory Page — no need to detour through the delivery scan-out page anymore. 🎉
Quick, simple, and frustration-free! Enjoy the smoother workflow while we plan for an even better redesign in the future. 🚀
