Credit Line Payment Updates

We have revised the Sales Tax Report and Income Statement handling for credit line repayments to improve reporting accuracy and streamline data presentation.

Changes:

  • Removed "Show Only Credit Lines Paid in Full" Toggle: Orders now display based on partial or full repayments.
  • New Credit Line Logic: Each repayment to a credit line is tracked as a separate entry, ensuring accurate reflection in financial reports.

Payment Date Logic:

  • For normal orders, the payment date matches the order date.
  • For credit line orders, each repayment date is listed separately.

Improved Reporting for Add-Ons:

  • Non-Credit Line Orders: Add-ons appear as separate entries.
  • Credit Line Orders with Non-Credit Payment Methods: Additional rows are created to accurately categorize each service or add-on.

Standardized Tab Text for Cash & Accrual Sales

To improve clarity, we have standardized the terminology used for Cash Basis and Accrual Basis tabs across the platform.

Updates:

  • Written Sales (Cash): Sales recognized upon payment.
  • Delivered Sales (Accrual): Sales recognized upon delivery, regardless of payment timing.

Account Receivables Report Update

We have streamlined the Account Receivables Report, combining multiple data points for a clearer view of pending balances.

Key Updates:

  • Merged Internal Credit Line reports into Account Receivables.
  • Added a "Balance Type" filter with options to view:some text
    • All balances (Accounts Receivables + Internal Credit Lines)
    • Only traditional Accounts Receivables
    • Only Internal Credit Lines

Payment Breakdown Report: Instant Rebates

We have added a new filter for instant rebates in the Payment Breakdown Report, making it easier to analyze discounts applied to quotes.

New Features:

  • Instant Rebate Filter: A new option has been added to filter payments that involve instant rebates.
  • Rebate Amount Display: The Amount column now shows rebate values for better financial tracking.

Protection Plan Settings: Non-New Products

We have enhanced the flexibility of the Protection Plan settings, allowing businesses to offer plans based on product condition.

New Features:

  • Condition Field: A multi-select field that defaults to "New." Users can specify additional conditions such as "Used" or "Open-Box."
  • Condition-Based Plans: Protection plans now display only for products matching the selected conditions.

New User Role: Website Administrator

We have introduced a new user role—Website Administrator—to enhance e-commerce management without granting access to sensitive operational settings.

Access Permissions:

  • Can only access E-Commerce and SEO settings.
  • Restricted from Pricing Zone and Delivery Zone configurations.

Digital Tags Settings: Stats Tile

We have added a new stats tile to the Digital Tags Settings page, providing visibility into untagged models in your inventory.

New Tile: Total Models Without Tags

  • Displays the number of model numbers without digital tags, helping identify gaps in tagging.

My Quotes: Total Tiles Update

We have added new total tiles at the top of the My Quotes page to provide a quick overview of key financial metrics.

New Total Tiles:

  • Total Estimated Profit Margin: Displays the cumulative profit margin across all active quotes.
  • Total Revenue: Shows the potential revenue from all active quotes.
  • Total Deposits: Reflects the total deposits received.

Total Active Quotes: Displays the total count of active quotes.
