This is the first phase of Rebates feature development.
We are excited to announce the launch of the Rebates for Website feature, designed to enhance the customer shopping experience by showcasing available rebates and providing easy navigation through rebate-eligible products and brands.
A dedicated homepage for rebates has been created, allowing customers to browse and search for products and brands offering rebates. This new page consolidates all available rebate options in one place, making it easier for customers to find savings opportunities.
We’re excited to announce the release of the Rebate Package Builder feature, designed to help customers create and manage rebate-eligible packages directly from the website. This new functionality allows users to bundle products that qualify for rebates and add them to their cart, making it easier to take advantage of available savings.
It can be accessed from the Rebate Homepage when users click the Rebate Name. Also, users can find it in the product details, specifically inside the Current Rebates slider.
Customers can now create custom packages by selecting SKUs that meet rebate requirements. Once a package is built, they can add it to their cart.
Package Replacement Rule
If a customer starts building a new rebate package without adding the previous package to their cart, the system will automatically replace the older package with the new one. Only the most recent rebate package will remain active until added to the cart.
Category Switch Rule
Switching between categories in the Rebate Package Builder will reset any previously applied filters, allowing users to start fresh with their new selections.
Additional Enhancements
The breadcrumb navigation and banner title will dynamically update to reflect the selected rebate name, giving customers clear navigation cues as they work through the rebate package creation process.
When checking out a rebate model, all associated model numbers with the similar rebate type will be grouped together.
We are introducing a new feature to the Product List Page that highlights active rebates, helping customers easily discover and access rebate offers directly from the product catalog. This update enhances the shopping experience by making it simpler to find products with rebates.
Rebates Badge
For products (SKUs) with active rebates, a "Rebates Available" badge will now be displayed on the product tile within the product catalog.
This badge is clickable, allowing customers to quickly access rebate information for that product.
Rebate Details Popup
When customers click the "Rebates Available" badge, a popup will appear showing the full details of the available rebates, making it easy for customers to view savings opportunities without leaving the product list page.
Filter Update: Special Offers Filter
A new filter titled "Special Offers" has been added to the product list page.
Rebates: An option under the Special Offers filter that shows only products with active rebates.
We’ve made exciting updates to the product detail page to showcase active rebates, helping customers easily discover and apply relevant rebate offers while shopping. This update introduces a rebate badge, detailed rebate listings, and interactive pop-ups to enhance the customer experience.
Rebate Badge
A "Rebates Available" badge, identical to the one in the product catalog, has been added next to the delivery ETA on the product detail page.
This badge is clickable and provides immediate access to rebate information.
"Current Rebates" Section
A new section titled "Current Rebates" has been added below the Add to Cart box for products with active rebates.
The rebate list will display all applicable rebates for the SKU in the following format:
(Rebate Name). Expires: (Expiration Date).
Each rebate listing is clickable, offering two options for the customer in a pop-up:
Opens a PDF of the rebate details in a new tab for further information.
Directs the customer to the Rebate Package Builder and automatically adds the current product to the builder.
Additional Rules
