Website: Smarter Product Filtering

Product catalog filters are being improved to prevent customers from selecting filter combinations that do not have matching products.

Filter counters are removed, and available filter options now dynamically reflect the products within the current results. This helps prevent zero-result pages and makes product browsing more accurate.

The updated filtering behavior applies across Subcategory, Detail Category, Package Deals, Rebate Hub, and Shop Non-New pages.

Home Visits: Warehouse Selection

Home Visits can now be assigned to the warehouse that will actually service the visit instead of automatically defaulting to the Main Warehouse.

When creating a Home Visit for a multi-warehouse business, the Warehouse is automatically prefilled based on the Quote or Order's location. The Delivery Method options are then filtered to methods available for that warehouse. Single-warehouse businesses continue to have their warehouse assigned automatically without an additional field. The selected warehouse determines which routing board receives the Home Visit and which warehouse address is used for delivery timeframe calculations. Pasted text

Home Visits: Improved Visibility and Reporting

Warehouse information is also available across Home Visit details, Order PDFs, routing print-outs, and the Home Visit & Surveys Report, including PDF, CSV, and Excel exports. Pasted text

The Delivery Schedule Dashboard widget also includes a Warehouse selector, allowing Delivery Methods and scheduling information to be filtered by warehouse. Pasted text

These improvements help multi-warehouse businesses route Home Visits to the correct location and keep warehouse information consistent across scheduling, routing, and reporting.
