Add Sales Tax Support for Fulfillment Service Fees

Dealers can now include eligible fulfillment service fees in sales tax calculations using a single configuration setting.

What's New

• Apply sales tax to supported fulfillment service fees, including:

  • Delivery charges

  • Trip charges

  • Pricing zone fees

  • Haul-away fees

  • Installation charges

• Tax-exempt customers continue to remain tax exempt.

• A single configuration setting controls taxation for all supported fulfillment service fees.

Important Notes

• This feature only applies to new quotes created after the feature is enabled. Existing quotes are not affected.

• Dealers may notice higher tax totals if fulfillment services are taxable in their jurisdiction.

• Individual tax rules for different fulfillment fee types are not supported in this release.
