Customer Portal: Add Protection Plan Options in Checkout

Customers can now add or change Protection Plans directly from the AIO Pay Link checkout. A new Review Add-ons step lets customers review their protection plan before paying, with totals updating automatically. Any changes are also reflected on the related quote or order.

Balance Sheet Report: Inventory Details

The Balance Sheet Report now provides a detailed view of the inventory behind its totals. Select Total Inventory or an inventory condition, such as Floor Model, to view information including:

  • Model and brand

  • Category and condition

  • Location and quantity

  • Total cost

You can also filter the results and export them to CSV, making inventory reconciliation and reporting easier.
