Update: Home Depot Pricing Data Issue

We are notifying you of a recent issue impacting Home Depot pricing data within Skulytics.
Home Depot has added new website protections, which currently prevent us from retrieving their pricing in real time. As a result, Skulytics temporarily sets the price to $0 until updated data is available.

Actions Taken by Skulytics
We’re also actively working on retrieving LAP and LCP data from Home Depot again. We will keep exploring every possible solution.
No action is required on your end.

Feature Update

CSV Import: Smarter Model # Recognition

Inventory and Brand Cost CSV imports can now better recognize model numbers that contain extra spaces, separators, or characters. Recognized models are clearly identified during the import, helping reduce failed uploads and manual cleanup.

Website Delivery ETA: Show Exact Dates

Websites can now show customers a specific estimated delivery date instead of a general delivery range. For example, customers may see “Estimated Delivery Thu, Oct 30” instead of “5–10 days.”

Marketing Feed: Automated Product Data Feed (JSON)

Stores with an active e-commerce website now have access to a product data feed that updates daily. This makes it easier to keep product information used by marketing tools current without manually exporting data.

Purchase Orders: Needed By Date Range Filter

The Requested PO page now includes a date range filter. You can filter purchase orders by a specific week or month, making it easier to plan and prioritize upcoming requests.

Purchase Orders: Bulk Edit Requested Date

You can now select multiple purchase order items and update their Requested Dates at the same time. This reduces the need to update each item individually.

Multi-Warehouse: Unified Website & Platform Logic

Warehouse selection and inventory availability now work more consistently across Appliance.io and your website. Stock is shown from the nearest applicable warehouse, and delivery estimates update when the customer's address changes.

Product Pricing: Suggested Price Rule Guidance

The Edit Price Rule window now provides suggested pricing guidance based on whether a brand uses MSRP, MAP, or UMRP. This makes it easier to choose the appropriate pricing rule for each brand.

CPS Protection Plans: Filter by Product Category

CPS Protection Plans can now be assigned to specific product categories, such as Appliances, Furniture, or Electronics. This helps ensure customers and staff only see protection plans that apply to the selected product.

Order Page: Reschedule Deliveries While In-Transit

In-Transit orders can now be rescheduled directly from the Order Page, either individually or in bulk. Drivers receive an in-app notification when an active stop is rescheduled, helping teams keep delivery changes communicated.

Payments: Add Custom Payment Methods

You can now create custom payment methods under Settings → Payments → Payment Methods. Custom methods can include a name, description, icon, and optional fields such as a reference number or account ID. They are available for POS payments and are tracked separately in reporting.

New Brands

Product data has been expanded for Evo America and InSinkErator, adding products across Cooking, Outdoor, Refrigeration, Sinks & Faucets, Disposal, and Water Dispensers.

Price Update

We’ve refreshed price settings for several appliance brands to reflect the latest PMAP, MSRP, MAP, and UMRP schedules for this month.

New products have been added across multiple categories, including Cooking, Refrigeration, Outdoor, Dishwashers, Sinks & Faucets, Disposal, and Water Dispensers.

Discontinued Product

Products no longer available from manufacturer sources have been marked as Discontinued, including selected Cooking and Refrigeration products.

Stability Improvements

Purchase Order: Faster Inventory Import

Inventory file imports are now faster and provide quicker feedback when uploaded information needs attention. This makes the inventory import process smoother and reduces waiting during file validation.
