Customer Call Support Button

A new Call Support button is available in the header next to the location selector. You can view the support number 844-565-1637 and support hours 9 AM–5 PM CST. On mobile devices, simply tap the button to call. This makes it easier to contact the support team directly from Appliance.io.

Product Catalog & E-Commerce: Changelog for Brand, Category & Condition Management

A new Changelog is now available in Product Catalog and Website E-Commerce settings. You can see who made a change, what was changed, and when it happened for updates such as brands, categories, and conditions. This provides better visibility into account changes and makes it easier to review previous updates.
