My Orders & Order Report: Custom Views & In-Transit Orders

The My Orders page now includes an In Transit tab for orders that are ready for delivery or currently being delivered.

You can also create Custom Views to display specific order statuses and columns based on your workflow. Custom views can be renamed, edited, or deleted and are also available on the Order Report page.

Notifications: AIO Pay Dispute Alerts

New Dispute Alerts notify your team when a chargeback, fraud alert, or dispute status update occurs in AIO Pay.

Notifications are available in-app and by email and include important details such as the amount, reason, response deadline, and related order.

You can also choose the priority and recipient roles for these notifications.

Product Pricing: PMAP Toggle & MSRP Defaults

When MAP is used as the Sale Price Rule, a new Include PMAPs option lets you choose whether promotional MAP pricing should also be included.

The Regular Price Rule now defaults to MSRP when available, with a confirmation before changing the rule.

Product Pricing: Competitor-Based Pricing

You can now use a specific competitor's price as a brand's Sale Price Rule.

Choose to match, mark down, or mark up the competitor price. Existing MAP compliance and fallback pricing rules continue to apply when applicable.

Balance Sheet: Deferred Revenue History

Selecting a Deferred Revenue amount on the Balance Sheet now opens a historical view showing information for the selected reporting date.

You can filter the results by date, order number, location, or category and export them to CSV or XLSX.

This makes it easier to review and reconcile historical deferred revenue.

Stability Improvements

Sales Tax Report: Calculation Accuracy

We fixed an issue that could cause Sales Tax Report values to differ from order details when orders included mixed payment methods, partial returns, or add-ons.

Sales tax calculations now remain consistent with the related order information for more reliable reporting and reconciliation.
