Sales Tax Settings: Changelog & Audit Trail

Sales Tax settings now include a Changelog that shows who made a change, when it was made, and what was updated.

This makes it easier to review previous Sales Tax setting changes and troubleshoot unexpected updates.

Reports: Separate Parts & Products

Financial reports now separate Parts and Products for clearer reporting.

The Income Statement provides separate Revenue, COGS, and Refund lines for Parts and Products. The Balance Sheet also includes a separate Part Sales line under Deferred Revenue.

This provides better visibility into costs, revenue, and margins for parts and finished products.

Income Statement Report: Inventory Adjustments

The Income Statement Report now includes a dedicated Inventory Adjustments line.

Write-offs are recorded as expenses, while recoveries are recorded as income. You can select the line to review the related inventory transactions.

This makes inventory changes and their financial impact easier to understand and reconcile.

Reports: Multi-Location & Customer Class Comparison

Income Statements and Balance Sheets can now include up to 5 locations and customer classes in a single report.

Reports display results side by side for easier comparison and can be exported as an Overview or Accountant View in CSV, XLSX, or PDF.

This makes comparing financial performance across locations and customer classes easier.

Stability Improvements

Accounts Receivable Report: Zero Balance Accuracy

We fixed an issue where fully paid orders could continue appearing in the Accounts Receivable Report with a $0 balance.

Entries now clear when the balance reaches $0, while partial returns and mixed payment methods are reflected appropriately.

Sales Tax Report: Return & Tax Accuracy

We fixed mismatched amounts between the Sales Tax Report and Order page.

Return information is now recorded correctly so refunded amounts and related customer credits are accurately reflected.

Payment Breakdown: Repayments & Fees

We fixed reporting issues affecting Payment Breakdown.

Credit Line repayments now appear correctly, and fee calculations are aligned between the AIO Pay Report, Payment Breakdown, and Order page.
