Fulfillment Report (Formerly Installs Report)

The report is renamed and redesigned, with new columns for Fulfillment Type, Delivery Type/Install Name, Haul Away QTY, and price breakdowns, plus filters for Fulfillment Type, Delivery Type/Install Name, and Source.

New tiles on the Delivery Price page show totals for fulfillment, install, delivery, delivery zone, haul away, and trip charges.

Pickup Location Settings

A new toggle lets you set pickup locations and methods per location, which affects the stock levels shown on your website.

When it is on, pickup locations can be selected and pickup methods are created automatically in delivery settings.

Restocking Fee Rules

You can now apply restocking fees to All Returns or to Delivered Only.

Average Attachment Rate in Protection Plan Report

The report now shows the average protection plan attachment rate at the top, and it updates when you filter by location or salesperson.

Reschedules Management

A new Reschedules tool in Management Tools has two tabs: Open Reschedules from the Driver App, and Inventory Affected, where you can swap the unit on an order.

Rescheduled orders show a new icon, and My Orders and the Orders Report have a Reschedule tab after Pending.
