Clearer Damage Allowances

Report columns are renamed for clarity (for example, Amount Offered, Credit Amount, Date of Damage, and Resolved Notes), and a new Credit Amount tile shows on the Open and Resolved tabs.

You can add a damage allowance from the report with the new + Damage Allowance button, and the Order page now has a dedicated notes section for damage allowances.

Abandoned Cart Quotes in POS

When a customer starts checkout on your website and continues to scheduling, a quote is created automatically and appears in the salesperson’s My Quotes with an eCommerce icon.

The quote is locked for 10 minutes and updates automatically if the customer changes the cart before the salesperson edits it. If it is still not active after 60 minutes, the salesperson gets an email and a notification.

This applies to products only, not Instant Only services.

Install Only Print on the Routing Page

A new Install Only option in Print All prints installation tasks (Order #, Install, and QTY), including home visit installations, in the existing truck-by-truck or stops-in-order formats.
