What’s New

Delivery settings now distinguish retailer and provider accounts and support linked delivery services.

• Choose Appliance Retailer or Appliance Delivery Provider during onboarding to receive the appropriate delivery settings.

• Review Partner IDs and linked-company information in Company Settings. Both companies must confirm a partner link.

• Invite retailers to use a provider's delivery methods. Retailers choose the services they need, such as installation, delivery, or haul away, and can view but not edit linked method settings.

• Use shared delivery methods for scheduling and routing while restricting each retailer's view to its own orders; other companies' orders are blurred.

• Complete a method's automation settings before sharing it.
