What’s New

Customer, protection-plan, inventory, and digital-tag views now surface more useful details.

  • See a customer's Lifetime Value as the cumulative amount of their orders in Customer Details.

  • Search the Protection Plan Report by SKU or protection-plan type.

  • Register old models through PO FIFO or Single Item Inventory. They stay off the website but remain available in POS quotes and orders for reservation and delivery.

  • Sort digital tags with missing tag numbers first, followed by offline tags, other failures, and online tags.
