Home Visit History on Customer Profiles

Customer profiles now list all home visits tied to the customer’s orders, with type, completion date, model, serial, and service description.

Credit Line Toggle on Cash Basis Income Statement

A new “Show Only Credit Lines Paid in Full” toggle (off by default) on the Cash Basis tab shows only credit line orders fully paid during the selected dates.

Switch Customer on Quotes and Orders

If a quote or order was created for the wrong customer or company, you can now edit the billing information and switch to a different existing customer or company without canceling and rewriting it.

Emergency Reschedule by Truck or All Routes

In Route Options, an emergency reschedule can now apply to individual trucks or to all routes.

Easier Returns

A new Select All button selects every item for a full return, and Unschedule All removes scheduled items in one click.

Items already scheduled for delivery can’t be returned until they are removed from the delivery schedule.

Write-Off Payment Method

A new Write-Off payment method appears under Manual Payment in settings, quotes, and orders. The Payment Breakdown Report has a matching filter.
