Orders: Schedule Custom Products Without Inventory Registration

You can now schedule custom line items directly from the POS without registering them in inventory first.

After completing inventory bypass, you can follow the normal scheduling process to select the quantity, delivery method, and delivery date.

Delivery methods are filtered based on the order's ZIP code, and the delivery status defaults to Scheduled.

This scheduling experience is available for both custom and regular line items using inventory bypass, helping salespeople arrange deliveries without additional back-office work.

Orders: Manage Custom Product Deliveries

Custom line items now appear in the appropriate delivery status sections, including Scheduled, In Transit, and Delivered.

A Custom label helps distinguish these products from regular inventory items.

You can also update delivery dates, delivery statuses, and serial numbers or reschedule custom items when needed.

Warehouse: Custom Products in Delivery Routing

Custom products are now included in delivery routing and scheduling, even when they are not registered in inventory.

They count toward delivery capacity and appear in the Routing Page, Deliveries Page, and Driver App.

Drivers can scan out custom products through the normal delivery process, with serial number entry required.

Customer Portal: Custom Product Visibility

Customers can now view custom products throughout their delivery experience in the Customer Portal.

Custom products display a standard placeholder image when a product image is unavailable, providing a more consistent experience across orders and delivery tracking.

Reports: Custom Product Delivery Tracking

Custom products are now included in applicable reports, including Quote/Order, Custom Item, Driver, Damage Allowance, and Reschedule Reports.

This makes it easier to track custom products across sales, delivery operations, and reporting.

Notifications: Delivery Updates for Custom Products

Custom products now support the same applicable delivery notifications as regular products.

Customers can receive updates about scheduled deliveries, reminders, delivery progress, successful deliveries, and rescheduling.

Internal teams also receive applicable delivery and rescheduling notifications, helping everyone stay informed throughout the process.
