Protection Plans: Free & Discounted Products

Protection plans can now be added to products priced at $0 or heavily discounted when a valid reference price is available in Protection Plan Settings.

If no pricing is available, Managers and Super Admins can still manually select a protection plan.

This makes it easier to protect appliances included in bundles, packages, and other discounted sales.

Orders: Notes Sorted by Time

Notes on Quotes and Orders are now displayed together in a single timeline, with the newest notes appearing first.

Delivery, Customer, and Company notes remain clearly identified by their type and color.

This makes it easier to find the latest information without checking separate note sections.

‍

‍

Invoices: Damage Allowance Details

Damage allowances now automatically appear on invoices when applicable.

Invoices can include details such as the affected product, damage description, refund or credit amount, driver, and acceptance date.

This provides clearer records of damage allowances without requiring a separate print option.

‍

‍

Reports: Home Visit & Surveys

A new Home Visit & Surveys Report is available under Reports.

The report brings Home Visit information into one place, including customer details, visit type and status, scheduled dates, salesperson, and surveyor information.

This makes it easier for sales and customer service teams to track visits and follow up with customers.

‍

‍

‍

Orders: Customer Unsure

Orders can now be marked as Customer Unsure during fulfillment.

Selecting this option requires a note explaining the situation. The information is saved with the order and is available in reporting and on the invoice.

This gives teams a clearer way to track orders that require additional customer follow-up.

Product Pricing: Flexible Fallback Rules

You can now add up to five fallback rules for a brand's Sale Price Rule.

Available pricing sources include MAP, PMAP, LAP, LRP, UMRP, MSRP, and Competitor Price. You can reorder the rules to control which price source should be checked first.

If the primary price is unavailable, Appliance.io uses the first valid price from your configured fallback rules.

This gives you more control over how sale prices are determined when your preferred pricing source is unavailable.
