What’s New

This update adds controls across orders, e-commerce, inventory, and customer workflows.

  • Set a locked or minimum locked restocking-fee percentage, enter a fee manually, or skip it. A confirmation warning appears before a return is processed.

  • Toggle appliance category visibility in eCommerce Settings and adjust visibility by brand; a category hidden globally stays hidden for every brand.

  • Assign an account manager to a customer profile. New orders can use that manager as the salesperson, and changes trigger email notifications. Archived profiles retain the assignment.

  • Select individual or all orders in the Instant Rebates Report for bulk actions.

  • Choose the Featured Image for non-new inventory to control its website thumbnail.

  • Print Home Visit details from the Customer Detail page.

  • Keep Order Report filters when returning from an order detail page.

  • Submit ideas or bugs through Improve Together with a category and supporting media; each submission keeps its own conversation.
