Quotes & Orders: Email Signatures

Sending Quote and Order emails now includes improved email signature options.

You can select a saved signature directly from the email window, create multiple signatures from Profile Settings, and choose a default signature. Signatures also support formatting such as links, images, colors, and line breaks.

Customer-facing emails have also been updated for better readability.‍

Routing: Add Manual Stops

You can now add a Manual Stop directly from the Unrouted Stops section of the Routing Page.

Once added, the stop can be auto-assigned or moved to a route using drag and drop, just like other unrouted stops.

Manual stops can also be deleted when they are no longer needed.

Website: Brand-Based Pricing Visibility

You can now hide website pricing for individual brands from Product Pricing Settings.

When pricing is hidden, you can replace the price with a custom message and choose whether customers can contact you by phone or email.

This gives you more control over how pricing is presented for specific brands.

Integration: ADC Inventory

A new ADC Integration provides access to ADC warehouse inventory directly within Appliance.io.

ADC can be selected during onboarding and enabled from the Integrations page. Once enabled, an ADC Inventory tab becomes available with search, filters, inventory details, export options, and pagination.

This makes it easier for ADC members to review distributor inventory without switching between systems.

Settings: Custom Lead Time

You can now set a Custom Lead Time for delivery scheduling.

Under Delivery Schedule or Delivery & Install settings, select Custom Lead Time and enter the number of days required before an order can be scheduled.

The lead time applies across the POS and website, helping ensure customers only see delivery dates that meet your scheduling requirements.
