Orders: Add Fulfillment Services After Delivery

You can now add new fulfillment services, including installation, to an order after it has been delivered.

Existing fulfillment charges do not need to be removed or refunded. The additional service is added as a new charge and is reflected in the Fulfillment and Orders Reports.

When installation is added, the system also provides a reminder to schedule a Home Visit when needed.

Settings: Auto-Scheduling Controls

New settings give you more control over how auto-scheduling works across orders.

You can choose whether auto-scheduling is enabled by default, lock that behavior across orders, and decide whether customers are notified when any items or all items are ready.

A new Scheduling Link template is also available for Email and SMS notifications.‍

Reports: Returns by Salesperson

The Returns Report now includes a Salesperson filter and Salesperson column.

You can filter returns by salesperson and see who handled the related order directly from the report, making it easier to review return activity and trends.

Product Pricing: Expanded MAP Compliance

MAP Compliance now applies to any brand with valid MAP or PMAP pricing data, rather than only selected brands.

The existing pricing indicators and tooltips remain the same, while more brands can now follow MAP Compliance automatically.
