Reports: Money in Transit

The Delivered Sales (Accrual) Balance Sheet Report now includes a Money in Transit line under Assets.

This shows the current AIO Pay account balance for funds that are still in transit.

You can select the line to open the AIO Pay Payout Report for additional details. The new line also works with existing report filters and exports.

Inventory: Override Locked Items

Super Admins can now override locked used or refurbished items when an item is already associated with another customer's cart or quote.

The override is available when reserving from an Order or assigning from Inventory. A confirmation message explains that proceeding will remove the item from the existing cart or quote.

Once confirmed, the action is recorded for tracking. This override is available only to Super Admins; other roles remain unable to use locked items.
